Orders & Enquiries
Items will either have the option to order or send an enquiry. Generally, items offering the 'enquiry' option, will mean these items have potentially long lead times or too many variable options to enable an instant online purchase. Simply follow the enquiry route and we will endeavour to answer any questions within 48 hrs.
When should I expect my Items?
All hand made items are 'made to order'. Delivery/Completion times may vary so please request an accurate completion time when placing your order. In general the following is a fair guideline: Handmade Clothing - 9 - 12 Months Handmade Leatherwork - 9 - 12 Months Accessories and Accoutrements (Stock Items) - 30 Days Gun Cabinets - Approx 65 days Carriage Costs Carriage costs are estimates and based upon current postal rates. All items are either sent 2nd Class Recorded or by Courier. In the event of an overcharge (discovered at time of posting) a refund, or the difference, will be issued with the goods. Currently all postage is shown for UK only. If you are an international customer this will be amended after the order is placed.
Refunds If an item is not completed/delivered within 30 days of a previously arranged date, a refund of outstanding items is eligible upon application. Where possible, if delivery schedules are likely to over-run, we will endeavour to contact you with a realistic update. |
